Half Year Team Registration begins September 1st

Season runs from October through April for ages 5-18 years old (Boys and girls)
All participants are placed on a team

Introduction to All Star competitive cheerleading
Practice once a week 
3 Competitions attended will take place in Northern California

Level 1.1

Tumbling - Each student must have a cartwheel, round off and forward roll
Jumps - Each student must demonstrate two different jumps

Level 2.2

Tumbling - Each student must have a standing back handspring and round off back handspring.
Jumps - Each student must demonstrate 2 different jumps. (pointed toes, landing with feet together is encouraged)
Stunts - Each student must demonstrate level 2 stunts ( examples: prep level liberty variations, double based extension)
Motions/Dance - Each student must demonstrate an average understanding of motion technique (sharpness/arm placement)

Level 3.2

Tumbling - Each student must have a standing back handspring and round off back handspring.
Jumps - Each student must demonstrate 2 different jumps. (pointed toes, landing with feet together is encouraged)
Stunts - Each student must demonstrate level 3 stunts ( examples: extended liberty variations, double based extension full down)
Motions/Dance - Each student must demonstrate an average understanding of motion technique (sharpness/arm placement)
